We ship within the USA and outside of the USA to the UK , India, Asia, Africa, Canada ,etc; If you are paying through PayPal and live outside of the USA your account with PayPal must be a verified account. There are no refunds. Exchanges are only accepted if our authorization is given within 2 days of delivery, and the shipping fees are non-refundable. No exchanges or refunds on UNSEALED PRODUCTS.
