We ship within the USA and outside of the USA to the UK , India, Asia, Africa, Canada ,etc; If you are paying through PayPal and live outside of the USA your account with PayPal must be a verified account. If this is not the case, you must inform Noki'i Skin Care as soon as possible or within two (2) business days after the delivery; if it has been shown that the products do not answer to the order, Noki'i Skin Care has the choice to replace the concerning products by new products or restituting the value of the products. There are no refunds. Exchanges are only accepted if our authorization is given within 2 days of delivery, and the shipping fees are non-refundable. No exchanges or refunds on UNSEALED PRODUCTS. The packing of the product must be unharmed and where also applies that the shipping costs for returns comes at the clients expense.
